At Miss Chadou, we are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible and ensuring reliable delivery worldwide.
Preparation Times
All orders are shipped within 24 business hours from the day after your order is validated.
Delivery Methods and Rates
- Mondial Relay — €5 — France, delivery within 48 hours after dispatch
- UPS — €5 — France, delivery within 48 hours after dispatch
- UPS Express 24h — €10 — France, delivery within 24 hours
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metropolitan France: 48 hours from the shipping date (except in cases of force majeure)
- Rest of the world: generally 3 to 5 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you so you can track your package in real-time.
Customs Fees
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the authorities of the destination country. These fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address provided when placing the order. Miss Chadou cannot be held responsible for address errors leading to the return or loss of the package.
