At Miss Chadou, you have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.

🔁 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn
  • Be unwashed
  • Be odor-free (perfume, detergent, etc.)
  • Be stain-free
  • Be returned with its original tags intact
  • Be in its original packaging

⚠️ Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned at your expense.

  1. Go to the Mondial Relay website.
  2. Create your return online.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days
  • The cost of return is at the customer's expense
  • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking number
  • Miss Chadou cannot be held responsible for lost parcels
  • Any return not meeting the conditions will be refused

Please check your order upon receipt.

🚫 Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items on promotion or sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items personalized or custom-made

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different item:

  1. Return your item
  2. Place a new order

💸 Refunds

  • Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will inform you of its acceptance.
  • If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • The refund is issued via the original payment method.

⏳ The time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank.

🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

The return conditions remain the same (item unworn, with original tags and packaging).
