Refund Policy

All returns are subject to the general conditions of sale and the conditions of returns and exchanges accepted beforehand when ordering,

 

All returns must be made by post (La Poste) including parcels sent to a relay point, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer, the return period upon receipt of the parcel is 15 days. Beyond this period, we will not be able to follow up on the return of the package.

 

When returning, the package must include the original purchase invoice or a copy.

Please indicate your request on the invoice.

For any request for item returns, Miss Chadou will only issue a refund or a credit note.

All washed, worn or damaged items will be refused,

The returned item(s) must include their labels attached to the item and include their original packaging if they include one when sending.

Once the package has been received by Miss Chadou, and if the items meet the return conditions, your request will be processed within 15 working days.

Items on sale cannot be taken back or exchanged.
